Whether you're looking for individual dancer portraits, team photos, branding images, or something completely different, we've got options for you! This page is designed to give you an overview of different photoshoot packages we offer, so you can get a better idea of what might work best for your studio. This is just a starting point... customization is available and different features will affect pricing.

The studio covers the cost of the entire photoshoot as an all-inclusive option for you (less budget-friendly for the studio).

The studio pays per group shot and per dancer, with a set number of edited images included (plus additional expenses*).

The studio can customize how many images are included for each dancer, allowing you to build a package that works best for your studio and budget. We'll handle the photoshoot, image selection and editing. Parents/dancers don't have to book or pay for anything individually.

With this option, the studio receives the completed images first, giving studio owners priority access to the images for their own social media, marketing, and other use.

This is a more budget-friendly option for studios. With this option, the studio pays for group photos and headshots (plus additional expenses*), while the parents/dancers pay for their individual sessions.

We create a custom booking link for your studio that you can email to your team. Each parent/dancer books their own time slot and submits payment directly through our booking link. This is set up with approximately 5-minute sessions per dancers (includes 3 photos). All images chosen/purchased by the parents/dancers are also given to the studio owners.

With this option, the studio receives group photos and headshots, while parents/dancers are given access to individual images first for selecting and downloading before their choices are distributed to the studio.

*Additional expenses may include travel, hotel, and backdrop fees (meals will be at our own expense). Backdrops will be delivered to the location prior to the photoshoot. Additional expenses discounts may be available depending on the package you choose, and expenses can be discussed and negotiated based on the details of your photoshoot.

PACKAGE PRICING STARTING POINTS:

We want our photoshoots to feel like a luxury experience. We offer something different from the costume and on-stage photos dancers already receive at competitions and recitals. Our focus is on images that showcase the dancer, their abilities, and your branding. We don't offer traditional on-stage or costume photoshoots. Themed session are a different story!
