OLIVIA

My name is Olivia Moreira, and I am 17 years old. This year I am privileged to be a returning 2023-2024 Dance by aKaiserPhoto Ambassador. Last year’s experience as an ambassador was such a wonderful experience.

I am a full-time competitive senior dancer at Happiness is Dancing and have been dancing for 15 years. Over the years, I have performed at numerous events, such as large charity events for NOFCC, Sudbury 5 games, the Miss Northern Ontario Pageants, and Caruso Club’s Italian festival.  

I have participated in several competitions, nationals, title competition, intensives, and workshops. I am in my sixth year being a teaching assistant, have volunteered at dance camps, and always love helping the younger teammates get ready at competitions. 

I first heard about the ambassador program through the Ultimate Dance and Video Event in 2020, as well as through many of my friends who’ve had shoots done in the past with Mike and Brittany. Everyone always had wonderful things to say about their experience and I knew I wanted to get my pictures done. When I heard about the ambassador program, I decided to apply and was so honoured to be accepted. I have had multiple shoots and all I can say are positive things about not only the outcome of the photos but also the in-person services. Mike and Brittany have always been so wonderful at welcoming me into the program and always have awesome poses to challenge me in the shoots.

I look forward to promoting Dance by aKaiserPhoto and the ambassador program for another year. This will be the best way to close off my journey as a competitive dancer in my graduating year.
