AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

(APPLICATIONS OPEN ANNUALLY DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH)

The Ambassador Program is designed for dancers to help promote us and our photography business. While being one of the faces of Dance by aKaiserPhoto and a go-to model, you receive various discounts and perks. This 12-month program is available to the most experienced, dedicated, and professional dancers.

There are

three ambassador groups

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• One regular or full photoshoot (see below for session details)
• Ambassador “Welcome” Mini Session Day (also includes professional portrait/headshot that can be used for your social media profile, on the Dance by aKaiserPhoto website, and also for your own personal projects, auditions, and national competitions)
• First to receive invites to any general mini sessions at a 50% discount throughout the 2024-2025 season where spots are available
• Ambassador team photoshoot (per group)
• Potentially called upon for test/creative shoots based on skills and abilities (receive your choice of 2 photos from any additional call-in photoshoots in high-resolution - additional may be purchased)
• DAKP branded swag (choice of crewneck sweatshirt or t-shirt)
• Your own mobile app with included (and additional purchased) images
• Your own referral code. After 5 referrals made, receive a free regular photoshoot (valued at over $400).
• To be featured in the DAKP Magazine released annually at the end of May
• A copy of the magazine
• To be featured in our ambassador section of the website
• 30% off all other regular or full photoshoots
• Bonus for the entire family: 15% discount off of any aKaiserPhoto session (family, headshot, portrait, business, graduation, etc.)

OUT-OF-TOWN ambassadors:

(In addition to above)

• Initial photoshoot can be scheduled in Sudbury or out of town based on DAKP availability
• Ambassador “Welcome” Mini Session attendance is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated (additional time photoshoot time if attended)
• Additional mini photoshoot bonus for those travelling to us
• Invitation to any mini sessions that may be scheduled close to your area during the 2024-2025 season
• Must be willing to travel to DAKP for any other offered or call-in shoots taking place in Sudbury

PREVIOUS AMBASSADORS:

• If you have interest in returning, contact us through email or PM to avoid re-applying through the full process

ROLE OF ambassadors:

(MINI MOVERS EXEMPT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENTS DUE TO AGE)

• Represent the DAKP photography brand and promote on social media by posting/sharing images (recommended 1-2 times per month)
• List DAKP Ambassador title in profile bio
• Always give photo credit and tag us in your posts
• Keep posts on profile for length of season
• Share tagged posts, accept collaborations, and share DAKP announcement posts
• Permitted to work with other photographers but keep sharing/promotion exclusive to DAKP
• Permitted to be brand ambassador for other companies (except for other photographers)
• Must represent DAKP professionally
• Must follow DAKP on Instagram

PROGRAM FEE

Monthly payments plan available (fees may apply)

• Dancer must be at least 5 years old as of May 1st to apply to program (group/team placement based on birthdate will be at the discretion of DAKP)
• 1-year signed contract required (by parent/guardian for dancers under age 18)
• Ambassador Program will run for one full year (12 months)
