We’re on the lookout again for dancers who are ready to represent Dance by aKaiserPhoto as our next ambassadors!

This is your chance to get the full VIP treatment with professional photoshoots, exclusive perks, and a spotlight on our social media.

The Ambassador Program is an exclusive opportunity for dancers to receive professional dance photoshoots, all while promoting our brand. As the faces of Dance by aKaiserPhoto, ambassadors will participate in creative and themed dance photoshoots throughout the year, serving as our go-to models.

This 12-month program is open to the most experienced, dedicated, and professional dancers both local AND out-of-town.

You’re old enough to drive yourself to the shoot… but now somehow you’re expected to pay for it too?

We offer custom pricing for dancers 18+ because adulting is expensive enough already.

To be eligible for the Dance by aKaiserPhoto Ambassador Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Advanced Dancer - Applicants must be part of competitive dance team or professional school. Dancers over the age of 18 are exempt from this requirement.
Commitment to the Program - Ambassadors must be committed to the full 12-month program, actively participating in photoshoots, sharing on social media (minimum required), and promoting Dance by aKaiserPhoto.
Professionalism & Positive Representation - We are looking for dancers who are dedicated, responsible, and passionate, both in dance and in how they represent our brand. Ambassadors should maintain a positive and respectful presence in the dance community, collaborating with other ambassador teammates, and on social media.
Social Media Engagement - Ambassadors should be active on social media and excited to share their experiences, tag Dance by aKaiserPhoto, and engage with our brand online. Younger dancers without social media are exempt from this, although the responsibility falls on the parent.
Exclusive Partnership - Selected ambassadors agree to represent only Dance by aKaiserPhoto for dance photography during their term. Participation in photoshoots with other photographers are permitted but sharing and promoting of any other dance photos/photographers is prohibited. Ambassadors are permitted to be brand ambassador for other companies (except for other photographers).
Parental Consent (For Minors) - Dancers under 18 must have permission from a parent/guardian to apply and participate. Signed consent and a one-year contract will be required.
Age Requirements - Applicants must be at least 5 years old by the application start date.

Previous Ambassadors - If any previous ambassadors have interest in returning, contact us to avoid re-applying through the full process.
Out-of-Town Ambassadors - Must be willing to travel to Dance by aKaiserPhoto for any other offered or call-in shoots taking place in Sudbury.

"Welcome" Mini Session - All ambassadors will be invited to a mini session day, where they will receive a dance photo and portrait/headshot as an introduction to the program. These images will be used to announce you as an ambassador and can also be used for personal projects, auditions, national competitions, and social media.
Photoshoots
Mini Ambassadors will receive their choice of a regular studio or outdoor photoshoot.
Elite Ambassadors will receive their choice of a full studio or outdoor photoshoot.
18+ Ambassadors will receive their choice of a regular studio or outdoor photoshoot.
Branded Swag - Ambassador's choice of crewneck sweatshirt or t-shirt. Upgrades to a Yeti bottle available for $50.
Team Photoshoot - Scheduling will be based on Dance by aKaiserPhoto’s availability, as well as the availability of the majority of dancers.
Mini Session Dates - Four pre-set mini dates specifically themed for ambassadors. Attendance is optional and based on your availability.
Model Call - Ambassadors may be called upon for test/creative shoots based on skills and abilities. Invitation not guaranteed. If called upon, the ambassador will receive their choice of 2 low-resolution photos from the session. Print-resolution images can be purchased at a discount. Call-ins are based on skills, abilities, and social media activity.
Discounted Mini Session Invitations - Receive a 50% discount on mini sessions outside of the ambassador program upon invitation (where spots are available).
Referral Code - Ambassadors receive their own referral/promo code to share on social media throughout the year. If 5 bookings are made with your referral code, you will receive a free regular photoshoot.
Magazine Feature - All ambassadors are featured in the DAKP magazine, released annually approximately 3 months following the end of the program.
Magazine Copy - All ambassadors receive one copy of the DAKP magazine.
Additional Photoshoot Discounts - Receive a 30% discount on any additional regular or full photoshoot bookings.

Family Discounts - Receive a 15% discount on aKaiserPhoto sessions for members of your immediate family (e.g., family, headshot, portrait, business, graduation, etc.). Weddings are exempt from this discount offer.

In addition to the program features listed above, out-of-town ambassadors will receive the following perks, with plans to offer more out-of-town photoshoot opportunities throughout the season whenever possible:

"Welcome" Mini Session - Attendance is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated. Ambassador will receive additional photoshoot time if attended.
Photoshoot - Full studio or outdoor photoshoot can be scheduled in Sudbury or out of town based on Dance by aKaiserPhoto availability. Speciality themed sessions must be scheduled in Sudbury. Additional charges may apply for any booked sessions outside of Sudbury.
Team Photoshoot Time - Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Ambassador will receive additional photoshoot time if attended.
Out-of-Town Mini Session Invitations - Receive invitation to any mini sessions that may be scheduled close to your area during the 12 months. Additional images will be provided.
For all other sessions travelled to Sudbury, additional time may be offered.
